SHIPPING POLICY
Our processing times are 3-5 business days, DAY 1 starts the day your order is received. All tracking info will be sent out via email after processing is complete. All orders will process and ship within 1-3 business days, however, to manage expectations we do not guarantee processing sooner than 3-5 business days.
We encourage all customers to review shipping information before submitting orders. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will re-ship the item, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. NO REFUND will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. We also are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will work with customers by confirming delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We do accept returns and exchanges. When returning or exchanging items if your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Contact us at mirrorbydejallc@gmail.com. Please submit clear photo images of your package. If you are missing a product, submit a photo of the items you received.
